Business Assets Management System
Asset tagging is the process of attaching labels, or tags, to your business's physical assets.
Tags include helpful information i.e. name, serial no., model and when the asset was last maintained.
They display a QR Code/unique serial no., which connects the physical asset with a digital entry in a database of assets.
This helps with losses and boosts productivity by enabling employees to quickly update an asset's status in your asset tracking system.
The asset management package will have access for up to five users with either viewing or editing permissions.
This package will provide your site with the following key benefits:-
Track equipment with live updates - Schedule, trigger, and be notified of maintenance events based on the frequency setup.
• Assign individuals to a specific asset. They’ll be notified when a new update is triggered or when an asset is due for maintenance.
• Record custom asset information - Create your own asset tracking fields and collect the information you need and want from your equipment. Assign ratings to assets so you know when and where to prioritise work.
• Get a complete view of your assets - use the dashboard to get an overview of your equipment, including when inspections are due, when maintenance is carried out and much more.
• Keep every information about your assets in one place - Add data sheets, P&IDs, notes, checklists, and other details so you’re never left in the dark about an asset’s past.
• Visualise asset maintenance over a period of time - Easily track maintenance on all your assets giving an easy overview of an assets maintenance history.
MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
A dedicated app will be built to enable online forms to be completed by a mobile device in the field, or from any PC with internet access. The forms can be customised to fit all types of maintenance activities including daily & weekly checks, motor inspections, valve stroking & electrical testing etc. The form data will feed directly into the maintenance system and update items automatically to help keep track of maintenance progress and reduce the need for clerical work and avoidance of human error. Data can be saved as a Portable Document Format (.pdf) file that will feed directly into the maintenance board of your choice.
With unlimited boards available for the maintenance area you have the ability to track more than just assets. This could be anything from daily and weekly checks to process readings on plant. Custom automations including emails can be setup to notify either internal or external companies of maintenance required and expected dates. Custom graphs can be setup to give a clear overview of the items on plant and help with preventative maintenance.
With unlimited users you have the ability to allow all operators on plant to create regular updates, making it easy to keep track of when and who has carried out any maintenance or changes to plant.
